Vote Ron Van Deusen off the Summerlake Board

Every homeowner association’s job is to maintain the welfare of its community by sustaining an acceptable baseline standard in all relevant areas of importance to the community itself. This means putting the community’s needs as the first priority in any and all objectives of the HOA. Nevertheless, in this case, Ron Van Duesen a board member appears he may not be able or willing to properly handle the responsibility bestowed upon him. The Summerlake Board as a whole must consider the removal of this particular board member. Peoples character should be a concern for all Homeowners in the Summerlake Community, What he had posted on a open forum to call a home owner "Redneck Trash" could happen to anyone. This board member displayed irresponsible behavior, unacceptable judgment and/or makes illegitimate decisions to call a home owner "Redneck Trash" for having a window air conditioner and her truck parked on her own lawn, she DID NOT violate any homeowner covenant rules. The Board member launched an attack on a innocent single Mother on a open forum for argument purposes and not for a remedy if their had been a means of concern on what is suppose to be a crime watch/awareness Facebook page. His posting had no merit and for reasonable cause for concern. A removal is required for the sake of the community so no other home owner is singled out or attacked.
