Franklinville NY Needs To Stand Up And Be The Voice For The Animals In This Town!

We the people of Franklinville need to help these poor animals in this town. There are so many that are being mistreated abused, and neglected and we need to help them. Franklinville does not contract with the SPCA anymore and to get any help for these animals we have to jump through hoops. Please show this town we care and need the SPCA back in contract to help these animals that are being so misused.
