Make it illegal to leave dogs unattended in cars from 1st April to1st October

Despite many high profile cases, this still happens. In the height of summer temperatures can top 100 degrees inside ten minutes, even with a window down.
Stop our pets suffering in this way and make it illegal to leave them cooking in cars.
