Ban Puppy Mills

We petition the state of New Jersey to issue a law that requires all dog breeding facilities to be regularly inspected. This includes banning the stacking of dogs in wire cages, a set-minimum cage size for the dogs, and the requirement of proper attention and veterinary care for every dog in the facility.
