Save our residential neighborhood!

The recently installed Vine Street parking lot has impacted the neighborhood adversely with its traffic, light poles, glaring headlights and reduction of green space. The screening is inadequate. The existing Ordinance governing the parking lot does nothing to protect the neighbors and their property value. Modify the existing ordinance to comply with the Highland Park City Code so that the lot will be screened with vertical evergreens.
