Require the Marriott to Paint the Hotel to Match the Rendering that was Approved

The Marriott submitted a rendering to the City of DeLand that shows most of the hotel in a lighter neutral color, light gray for example with smaller areas of orange and yellow for accents. They are currently painting the hotel all yellow and orange with no neutral colors. The rendering that was presented to the City and then to the public and approved by the City if not being followed. This petition is to require the owner to paint the building to match the rendering, making the majority of the building a neutral color and the brighter yellow and orange accents as the approved rendering indicates before the City will issue the Certificate of Occupancy to the owner.
