Incentives are the only way to bring Film and Television production back to MN, 40 other states currently implement these incentives. These initiatives are paramount in defining Minnesota as a competent interesting place for the production of Film, Television and Commercial work.
With your help, we can be successful in showcasing the expansive base of creative, talented professionals in the industry and the unique beauty, resources and benefits Minnesota has to offer. Minnesota needs to match what other states offer. A lucrative MN Film and TV Incentive that attracts feature films, national commercials and television series to create jobs and revenue for local people, workers, artists, talent and businesses. Everything from production studios, transportation services, lodging, catering, restaurants, building supply stores, local sporting events, music venues, police, fire and medic services, to the rental of office spaces, storage units and warehouses, all benefit from local productions.

Dear House and Senate members:
Minnesota once supported a successful Industry of Film, Television and Commercial work that allowed a talented base of MN artists and residents to live and work in their hometown. The collective community involved in the Industry was a competent part of honoring Minnesota locations, stories, talent and everyday people. Many people, including myself have had to reluctantly leave the state of MN, give up our personal passions to work in different fields of business or take on multiple jobs to make a living. With good reason, the people who have signed this petition, support an incentive to bring out of state funding and projects into MN. Proudly, intending to increase revenue, create jobs and promote the unique art involved in the creation of Film, Television and Commercial productions.
