Remove age limit from the services available to foster/ former foster children

Pls sign my petition to remove the age limit from the services (housing, Transitional Living Program, Grants, Scholarship, Medicaid, many more they offer, due to being named an orphan/ward of dept children and families) , and the stipulations that basically penalize foster children from decisions they made as youth. All children in custody or have been in custody, aged out, homeless etc...should be granted equal rights and opportunities for all services that meet  requirements by laws. Excluding age limit to receive services offered.
