John D Colburn Ballot Access

We the undersigned, being legal residents of the Indiana House of Representatives, District 70, hereby request the Chairman of The Clark County
Repupblican Party, Jamey Noel, allow John D Colburn to be on the Republican primary ballot for the May 3, 2022 primary. Chairman Noel should
not prevent our enjoyment of the democratic processes by excluding Mr Colburn from the ballot. The Republican voters of District 70 should be the
arbiters of their future representation, not Chairman Noel.
