Punish those in charge of East Staffordshire Borough Council for failure to protect little Ayleeshia

Poor little Ayleeshia died at the hands of her own mother and was known and taken into care by East Staffordshire Borough Council who obviously let her down....sign this petition to show that we (other Humans) will not let this lie..
.someone didn't do their job properly and should be punished..... NOW.
