Authorities allocate appropriate resources to facilitate return of Karlie Guse

We are a group of people who feel there is a gross lack of activity regarding efforts to bring Karlie home. There are a myriad of unanswered questions and brick walls. A great deal of this could be improved and some peace to the family could be achieved by:
A) escalating Karlie Guse's case from a "runaway case' to "potential homicide'.
B) Employing cadaver dogs to check the families homes and local areas.
