Smoking License for Bars

Let the business owner decide whether this is a benefit to their operation. Since the ban went into effect our incomes are down and it is very clear the majority of the drop was because of the smoking ban. Most of the bars have more smokers than non-smokers. Started this petition because we bar owners need to get our revenue back. We the bars meed a Bill to allow the owner of an establishment to choose to allow smoking, pending that signs are posted in conspicuous areas clearly identifying them as a smoker-friendly establishment. As signer of this document, I certify that I am of legal voting age, and support this petition.
