We deserve a wall like the one taxpayers received north of us. Our community is the county seat!!

The city of Franklin did not receive a sound/privacy barrier wall when the I 65 3 lane increase was complete in 2018. INDOT determined there was a "lack of need" for building a wall at the Franklin exit area.  Many new residences and 2 hotels are currently being constructed within a few yards of I 65 currently, not to mention 2 golf course communities and a city of 50,000 taxpayers. The barrier is definitely a need for our appearance, safety of close residents, and noise level.
