4 Way Stop Sign

I would like to put a 4 way stop sign at the intersection of Big Oak Church Road and Bensalem Church Road in Eagle Springs NC 27242. Due to the fact of multiple accidents and speeding on the Bensalem Church Road. I'm afraid someone will get killed before the state put up a 4 way stop sign, Please help me get it taken care of.
