Petition to Ban all guns except hunting rifles.

A law to prevent manufacturers from manufacturing any weapon which has a bullet emitting from it with the exception of hunting rifles. For the allowance of 2nd amendment rights hunting rifles are permitted but the sale of any other type of gun is prohibited.
