A free place for kids to play

Lasalle needs a free place for kids to play in the water on hot summer days. There are parents like myself that cant afford to take my kids to the pool everyday. Most of us parents cant have pools or sprinklers where we live. We need a place that has fun stuff with water for our kids to play. If there was a place outside for the kids then there wouldnt be so many kids inside all the time watching tv or playing video games. The could be outside getting exersice.
