Dear Honorable Judge Chen and Honorable Magistrate Judge Azrack,

The public safety of millions of Americans may be affected by the outcome of Raza et al v. City of New York et al.

Acts and threats of Islamist violence against innocent citizens is on the rise.

I respectfully urge this court to make public safety in Raza et al v. City of New York et al a priority by not tying the hands of law enforcement and by not censoring public information of great importance.

The settlement that your court approves and ruling that your court makes is important to the public safety of millions of Americans.
