Re Open Chapter 1 & 2 on Cengage Mindtap for Personal Finance Completely

A lot of students experienced technical difficulties with Chapter one and two, so we presumed our teacher would rectify the situation for us and asked her how to get it to work and if we could have it reopened. We were denied and now a lot of us are going to have to suffer lower grades because of it. Please sign this petition to get this decision revoked. We should not be penalized for a technical problem that we did not previously know about until it was too late!
