Stop the slaughter of horses and donkeys in Mexico and canada

Even this horse slaughter is illegal in the United States horses and donkeys are being transported to kill pens all over the u tied states and then shipped to slaughter In Mexico and Canada. These animals are not only starved or injured but they are also pregnant or just healthy riding horses that people just gave up. Horses and donkeys like all animals deserve a humane death not have their throats cut and bleed out while still alive. They have electric probes used on them to move them done a narrow panel that takes to a small box where the are slaughtered. This is not humane and is cruel. If it was made illegal here in the United States then why allow them to be shipped to Mexico and Canada when these horses come from the United States.
