School Bus needed in Alexander

SCHOOL BUS NEEDED IN ALEXANDER
We all know the public school system allows children of illegal aliens to attend our schools and receive services without paying taxes that citizens do. Not to mention additional services such as healthcare, EBT, section 8 housing etc., all on the WORKING MANS DIME, we are a generous country aren’t we??? But what is wrong with helping our OWN citizens? Our OWN cities?? ur OWN children???

When both parents are working TWO jobs to make ends meet. It makes it hard or near impossible for them to find a way to shuttle their children to and from school everyday. Or when families are single income with unreliable transportation it puts them in similar difficult situations. Especially when the school is known to call CPS after a specified amount of absences on the parents.

What is wrong with receiving public transportation for our children? If the School requires our children to attend so they can receive our tax money, then they should share some responsibility in transporting our children to and from school safely. Especially in the bitter winter months. Blizzards and icy roads are very hazardous conditions for young children to navigate.

This seems like a no-brainer, especially for a city with oil grant money plus property tax revenue. What excuse could there be besides “there use to not be a bus in town before...” that just doesn’t cut it anymore.

We will write our Congressman, seek Legal council, and involve all Local News Outlets, before campaigning to remove the Board Members.
