Make days 32 hours long instead

    I think that yeah, maybe we need roughly 8 hours of sleep every night, But I don't think we need it after only 16 hours. 16 +8 =24. I think that on average, we sleep before we're ready to, That we force our bodies to shut down and go to sleep before they've reached their full potential. Maybe by making days 32 hours long, sleeping after 24 hours, would be a lot more beneficial.
