Stop the City of Winona from turning Latsch Island into Industrial Zone

Latcsh Island is a beautiful place given to us by by John Latsch. The Island belongs to all of us, and is was not intended for industrial use. We must keep this gorgeous landscape. We are calling for a new city ordinance that will allow protection of Latcsh Island.
