Rename the Rocky Mount Skate Park to "The Chance Taylor Memorial Skate Park"

Recently our community suffered the tragic loss of a close freind to many. To honor Chance, we propose this petition to the Rocky Mount Rotary Club to rename the  Rocky Mount Rotary Franklin County Skate Park to "The Chance Taylor Memorial Skate Park". Please sign this petition and help us dedicate the park he frequented to his memory.
