To whom it may concern;
My name is Brian Bowen. ID#0511989. SS#(7419).
October 9,2017 my Stepson was struck by a vehicle, leaving him with a broken pelvis and a broken leg. A driver behind the car that hit my son saw the entire incident, then called 911. The driver that hit my son was never found. An investigation is ongoing. This has effected my studies but I know God has stepped in. I feel that I'm mentally prepared to continue my studies here at CCU to become the better person God intends for me to be. Please consider.
