Stop Animal Abuse/ Puppy Mills

Every year, millions of dogs are brutally beaten, horifficly neglected and left to die because of owners who refuse to care for them. Puppy Mills plays a big part in this role. Mainly owned by the Amish and Mennonite communities, puppy mills are legal as long as they have "fresh adequate food and water". As much as claiming to have this, they are allowed to keep the dogs and puppies in small cages that are shared by many other puppies and adult dogs, they are allowed to chain them up, feed them low-brand and lowcosting food, dirty water, holey grounds and bathtubs. It's sick to see, and the goverment needs to change the law! Right now, puppy mill dogs can only be "given up" by the owner, they can not be rescued or taken without the owners permission.
