Demand a meeting for AT&T's VIP BUILD at a time we can be present

AT &T is planning to build a 13 foot long by 2'-4" Wide Utility BOx in the Alley near us that both increases noise pollution, increases alley way traffic, and brings up visual and aesthetic concerns.  We need to have a meeting set that is on a day and at a time that we can reasonably be present.   5:00pm or later seems reasonable for us to attend-NOT 2:30PM DURING NORMAL WORK HOURS!
