Expand the Supreme Court

The United States Supreme Court has nine judges, a number determined by the previous number of federal districts. There are now 13 federal districts, therefore the Supreme Court should be expanded to 13 judges to reflect the growth and diversity of its citizens. This increased size will ensure the beliefs and views of our large population will be reviewed by judges of varying beliefs, views and experiences and provide more stability to judicial decisions and discourse.
