Get Mr.Franks back in WBHS!

A substitute teacher had tried helping an emancipated student find an apartment. He is no longer able to sub in for a teacher in the county. But the student was breaking the code conduct for this school and subsequently was restricted from subbing in for a teacher. I feel that this is an injustice because Mr.Franks had good intention for a student in need.
