Ask Wyoming to create harsher animal cruelty laws

    Laws regarding animal rights and animal cruelty are extremely lax in the state of Wyoming. There is currently a case in Teton County where a man is on trial for abusing his horses. Even if he is convicted, the sentence will be a slap on the hand. Please ask Wyoming to strengthen their laws regarding animals.
