NO THEY ILLEGALLY KIDNAPPED DONNELL JOHNSON SO THEY CAN COLLECT TAX CREDITS, FUNDING FROM THE STATE AND GOVERNMENT, FUNDING FROM ORGANIZATIONS THAT THINK THESE PEOPLE ARE HELPING ONLY TO PROVIDE GREEDY FOSTER PEOPLE A CHECK THAT DO NOT TAKE CARE OF THE CHILD.
