Freeze Gas Production to Stop Global Warming

Burning Natural Gas produces CO2 which is the main cause of global warming. CO2 levels have risen 42% since the industrial revolution and may reach levels which impair cognitive ability and initiative in the next century.  Policies which continue to promote "clean burning natural gas" which depress demand for renewables and ignore the consequences of CO2 pollution should be stopped. Hydraulic fracturing or "fracking" has unknown consequences for ground water supplies and along with other risky technologies, such as tar sands oil, continue the exploitation of our natural resources and imperil our future. Please tell President Obama, Senator Ron Wyden, and Congressman Fred Upton you are willing to pay more for the energy you use if it comes from renewable sources that preserve our beautiful planet
