De Agostini Mind Body Spirit Subscription FRAUD

    Since 2018 when De Agostini lost their Australian Distributer they have continued to debit customers accounts WITHOUT supplying magazines. Also many reports of ignoring customers requests of help, and a general lack of customer service regarding informing customers of updates regarding their subscriptions. I PERSONALLY received my last few issues approximately ONE YEAR ago by their NEW distributor. I have always received an invoice with my issues, and rang up to pay over the phone. I haven’t received any issues since, and after email contact have been told I am owing money for issues I haven’t received, and that their company have never sent invoices, all subscription payments had to be set up direct debit. There are numerous customers in Australia all experiencing the same quality of service and something needs to be done!
