KIDS SURFING RIGHTS IN AUSTRALIA

Eliminating the big dog rule because kids in Australia cannot surf how they want to or where they want to because angry, mean "big dogs" tell them off for getting in the way even if they weren't in their way! I suggest we fix this issue by canceling the big dog rule (Priorities to the old guys) so that kids can surf freely without people telling them off!
