Polk county sheriffs department good old boys club needs to end

I was falsely charged with 28 crimes. Polk county sheriffs department, Fabricated evidence planted evidence conspired with others to make false reports, threaten an intimidated anyone who told the truth or stuck up for me. they refused to charge anybody with a claim that was committed against me. They threaten harassed and went around the neighborhood spreading rumors. Most of this was racially inspired and some of it was because my wife was having affair's with sheriff deputies. my life has been turned upside down for the last four years I need help I need to get justice. Polk county Wisconsin needs to be taught a lesson. Polk County's good old boys club needs to end. Can someone help me?justice for jeffrey clemons
