L Drivers Are Getting The Penalized!! We need to take a stand!!! Shane Ross Supported the Government on Cracking Down On Learner Drivers! The Youth Of this Country are finding it cheaper to emigrate than pay what this country is expecting at a minium price of 360 for 12 lessons and rising up as far as 450euro, that's not including the price of a car, petrol, tax, insurance (5000euro for L starting out a year) and NCT.. With the Rising Cost of housing Families are having to move to the countryside, the price of living near descent transport systems for work is impossible!! Not that the Transport whether it be buses, trains or taxis it is far from cheap! a lot of people don't live near transport and are forced to drive, whether it be to work, school runs, food shopping! Driving is far from a luxury for these people but a necessary expense but these are the people been punished..
