Protect Petco Bettas

Petco doesn’t take care of their fish (.) I’ve gotten plenty Bettas from psycho and they’ve all died within hours. I went into perch today and handed them two dead bettas from their own display. Also not a happy eco friendly environment what so ever, they literally look like their in jail. I want pet I to not have the rights to hold onto fish but bettas specifically.
