I've Lived In West Virginia My Whole Life And Up Until I Was Fourteen I Didn't Care About Music Or Artist Or Where They Toured, But I Took A Liking To Boy Bands Shortly Afterwards. Every Time One Of The Bands Would Announce They Were Going On Tour I Would Get Happy Because I've Always Wanted To See Them Live But Then I Would Look At The Tour Dates And Notices That They Were Not Coming To West Virginia.
That Always Made Me Sad. Now I'm Twenty And Love The Boy Band One Direction Made Up Of Harry Styles, Liam Payne, Zayn Malik, Niall Horan, And Louis Tomlinson. As Of Now They Are Known As The Biggest Boy Band On The Planet.
They've Done World Tours In The Past And Recently Just Got Done With Another One Where They Came To The United States And Did Shows.
Where They Did The Shows Varied. Most Were In The More Populated States And Some Were Very Close To West Virginia. In Fact All Five States Surrounding West Virginia Had Concert Dates For One Direction's 'Take Me Home' Tour.
As Someone Who Lives Here And Watches Them Come So Close To Us But Never Perform Here Gets Old.
There Are A Lot Of Us, 'Directioners', Here In This State That Deserve To Be Able To See The People Who We Idolize In Our Home State But Instead If We Want To See Them We Have To Travel Around.
That's Why I'm Making This Petition. I Think It's Time For Them To Come Here And See What This State Has To Offer. There's Nothing That Can Come Out Of This Except For Them Seeing It And Changing Somethings But Do It.
