Canceling Haiti's President to the U.N. this September.

I'm deeply concerned about the well being of my Haitian Compatriots who are suffering under this Regime PHTK. They are corrupt, they don't care about the Haitian people but for themselves. For the past six months President Jovenel been running the country without a legitimate government where there are two interim prime ministers and two cabinets of ministers. This is unacceptable and this is violation of Haiti's constitution .
