Demand to be fully included by constitution

Looking over the constitution from a legal standpoint, there is a major despairity between the treatment of blacks in America regarding justice withn our legal system. Federal law overrides state law and state law continues to fail blacks because the federal law does not fully acknowledge us as whole citizens.

The 13th amendment did not free nor did it liberate blacks ,it only abolished slavery, then redefined legal ways to enslave the same people. Not one tittle of constitution declares us free nor the right to pursue happiness , fair and equal treatment. Time is now or it will be never.
