Stop the Governments of the world allowing Businesess to profit using FRAUD

If you are sick and tired of receiving telephone calls from organisations that claim to be Telstra that tell you there is something wrong with your computer or your internet service provider and charge a lot of money to so called "Fix The Problem" but don't. It is a way of extorting money from mainly the elderly and the novice computer user. This practice seems restricted to Australia but other countries may also have the same problem.
