My daughters 2 dogs accidentally got out and were lost we searched for them for a whole night and morning with no luck we called animal control because dogs were both tagged, to our horror animal control said 1 dog was in pound and other had been shot a 3 yr old baby boxer and the man who shot her said she went on his property and he had that right, to find out this man lives just up the road from us and had no gun license from what Police are saying, sad thing is where all our search party was calling, whistling, yelling for her baby was all around this mans house, so he knew there were people looking for her dogs night and day, he said he did not feel threatened that they were just on his property and now to our knowledge he shot her on the border of his property so they were probably running towards where I was whistling for them just a few hundred feet away and worse yet he shot her and left her out in his yard with other dog laying over shot 1 whimpering and crying all night and did not call police or animal control until next morn, we don't know if she was killed on impact or if she lay there suffering all night, our poor other dog is devastated and traumatized as well as the rest of our family members, please help make sure this person is punished under animal cruelty, no gun license, probably unregistered fire arm, and whatever other charges fit this crime
