We want equal rights to dress code

The girls in our school have to wear skirts below the knee, and when they are too high we get demerits. However, the guys in our school break dress code all of the time yet never receive punishment. This goes against one of America’s core values which is EQUALITY. We want equal punishment for both genders, if a girl gets punished for a higher skirt than a boy should be given the same punishment for untucked shirt or no belt.
