Petition for Immediate Reform at Saints Tabernacle School of Excellence

We, the undersigned, call for immediate action to address systemic issues at Saints Tabernacle School of Excellence, including gender-based discrimination, unequal treatment of male students, improper academic placements, and failure to maintain accurate student records as required by New York State law.

We respectfully request that the school:
1. Ensure equitable treatment for all students regardless of gender.
2. Comply with NYS Education Law regarding transcripts and recordkeeping.
3. Implement fair academic placement procedures and proper oversight of the ACE program.
4. Establish transparent grievance procedures to protect students from harassment or discrimination.
5. Provide staff training to foster respectful, professional, and lawful conduct.

Our goal is to create a safe, respectful, and lawful learning environment, where all students can thrive academically and spiritually.
