Justice For Snoop the Pit Bull Hung From Tree!

On October 10, 2014 Snoop's body was found hanging from a tree, with his throat slashed. The despicable person who did this is still on the loose. We all know that a person who commits an act of animal cruelty will not stop there. This person must be stopped!
The Humane Society said its reward of up to $5,000 is for information leading to the identification, arrest and conviction of the person or people involved. The Anchorage Crime Stoppers program is offering a reward of up to $1,000. Now lets add this petition to keep the awareness of this sick act front and center!
The owner thought the dog had run away earlier that week. Imagine the horror for that family when they were told of Snoop's fate! The owner said Snoop was friendly, and like a brother to his daughter.
