Stop Animal Sacrifice in residential areas!

There need to be restrictions on where animal sacrifices for religious purposes can be performed. In a residential area where there is only a 10 ft. Space between homes is not appropriate. Young children and families are forced to stay indoors with the curtains drawn on beautiful days because their neighbors are slaughtering a goat in the yard beside or behind them. The sound is horrifying and the smell is worse. Some cultures are not accustomed to this practice and should not be forced to witness this while at their own home.  This needs to stop now! A neighborhood is not the place for ritualistic killings.
