Stop Teachers from giving homework near Finals for Students to Relax

I believe if All teachers stop giving homework and help students study for the finals so Students are not overwhelmed with homework. I know for a fact a student does better if they feel relaxed during the finals and not stressed out by homework they can do better on the finals and pass that class
