Facebook support should actually support you!!

I would like to start a petition for the lack of support you truly get for facebook.
Accessing old accounts for example when you no longer have the email or phone number. I think its very important because well first of all isnt it against there rules to have more then one facebook? And if you do and want to get rid of your other ones. Under my circumstances , it is impossible.

Maybe you could have things posted from your past youre embaressed about, or just want to leave social media completely and have all your accounts erased for good?
Apparently your not allowed to if you want to!

This is very wrong on facebooks part..... they ask you to prove your identity and when you do, its not accepted.

This is truly affecting me and my life.
