The Bliss List : Make unfair, fair again!

We need to have handicap matches in JRPL (Jobber Radio Prediction League). There are too many no shows for matches to be canceled. The rules should state. Who ever is the handicapped opponent, Their sum total will be doubled at the end to make up for points loss. Please Sign "The Bliss List" and show your support for Leagues that should be fair!
