Riverbrooke Community Partition to Remove Current HOA

Six years ago, when our community was built, there was no HOA in place. They are now requiring us to join or be fined, or even worse, foreclosed. They are not keeping the common areas maintained and empty lots groomed. We would like you signature to show that as a community, we are not standing for these unprofessional, even illegal, practices.
