Vancouver east hasting is literally the saddest view in Canada a street full of people with addiction and homeless...It needs help and not the mean not caring police that a giving charges and redzone to people that sell drugs to survive there addiction they need more help to change there life..they are living in the worst ways you can imagine and rent is sky high for 750$ you can get a unit room with roaches and bed bugs...with neighbors literally on drugs 24h...alot of religious people come out to give out food and clothes but yet its not enough to help all...1 out of 7 have H.i.v...
